21st Birthday card for my gorgeous niece

Was very happy with how this worked out using forever paper and a message from one of the great hostess stamp sets and a hot air balloon from the Artiste Cricut cartridge all blinged up of course. I wrapped her present in the same colours and it all looked lovely
